Outdoor Display and Work-Area Project Continues

Work continues on the museum’s new outdoor display and work-area shed, thanks to a group of dedicated volunteers and staff members. Several recent work parties have propelled the project forward and it is finally taking shape. Under the supervision of GM Rob Peterson, the project includes much donated material, including most recently a load of 50 sheets of plywood from Gregg Roofing. Volunteers have included Gloria and Eran Howell, Allen Tiffany, Gail Collins, Steve Hanson, Steve Barnes, Rich Rush, Jim Cain and Jim Price. Staff members Amos Nelson and Dan Host also have helped. Peterson hopes to have the project completed in the next month or so, and it will house various “outdoor” artifacts, as well as work space.
